Education : Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Mechanical, Civil or
Electrical Engineers, Nurses, LLB)
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training (preferably in labor laws,
safety and health, quality management systems)
Work Experience : One (1) year relevant experience on engineering,
occupational safety and health, labor laws and human
resource policies
